The setting
This modern residential home is situated on Bawtry Road, in the residential village of Bessacarr and is close to local attractions such as the Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Warren Golf Course. The grounds host a large, lush, secure garden with a beautiful lawn, sunroom and pond.

This newly refurbished home hosts several bright and stylish communal rooms, including an elegant lounge with beautiful high wooden beams. All rooms at Dunniwood are a cosy and comfortable, and there is a delightful resident’s tea room. Decor and furnishing are all to a high standard, providing a wonderful standard of living.

Personal space
We have 44 registered beds, all with ensuite and beautifully decorated in neutral tones. The furnishings are all in keeping with the character of the building and each room comes with built in wardrobes and TV and phone points for ease and convenience. Residents are more than welcome to bring along furniture and personal items to help make their room their own.

There is ample on-site visitor parking at the front and rear of the building and local public transport links nearby. We are located close to local shops there is wheelchair access throughout.

The beautifully presented grounds and building are complimented by the team of expert and attentive carers dedicated to person-centred, bespoke care plans. We have a large range of activities and events hosted at the home on a regular basis to ensure all physical and emotional needs of our residents are met.
