Mahogany Nursing Home

Marsden Street, Newtown, Wigan, Lancashire, WN5 0TS Tel. 01942 820800

The setting
Set on one level with a courtyard nestled in the middle, Mahogany is a well-designed and safe home and an ideal setting for summer months.

Shared areas
The courtyard links our two lounges – a quiet and peaceful lounge to relax, and a second lounge to enjoy fun and sociable activities.  Our conservatory has the feel of an old-fashioned tea room with tea and coffee making facilities when entertaining family and friends.

Personal space
We have 51 registered beds with ensuite facilities. Rooms are bright, warm and cosy with everything you could possibly need including a television point and internet access.  Feel free to bring your own furniture, and we can even make room for beloved pets.

There is ample parking at the front of the home, we are within walking distance of the shops and close to public transport links.

A better way of life
The friendly and passionate staff at Mahogany care about the needs of our residents, as well as their family.  And every possible step is taken to ensure all of your individual needs are met. We strive to do whatever it takes to make your experience as happy and positive as we can.
