Moorlands care home is set in the pleasant suburb of Strensall in York. The spacious surroundings and cosy buildings provide a welcoming atmosphere to residents and their visitors.

Shared areas
We strive to create a warm and cosy atmosphere within our pretty grounds here at Moorlands. There is a delightful garden for residents to relax and enjoy and several communal areas within the building for socialising and entertainment.

Personal space
Moorlands accommodation consists of 68 registered beds. There are TV points in each of the rooms, for the resident’s convenience. Guests are encouraged to bring along personal items to help themselves feel at home.

Convenience
All accommodation at Moorlands is on the ground floor and is easily wheelchair accessible. The home is close to local shops and near to public transport links.
