The setting
The Abbeys Care Centre is in the quiet Rawmarsh area of Rotherham. Close by to local attractions such as the Roundwood Golf Course and Rawmarsh Leisure Centre, the home is easy to get to and set at the base of a beautifully tree lined driveway.

Shared areas
We have a bright and sunny dining room, homely TV lounge with comfortable furnishings and colourful decor, serene garden and patio with several areas of beauty within, convenient seating areas throughout and colourful and beautifully decorated hallways.

Personal space
Each of the 75 registered beds are cosy, homely and colourfully decorated. The rooms come with built in wardrobes and are equipped with TV points, for resident’s convenience. Small pieces of furniture and homely items are encouraged as to make the space more personal.

Convenience
The Abbeys Care Centre is within walking distance of local shops, nearby to public transport links and has full wheelchair access throughout. There are lifts to higher floors, and a transport service.

The Abbeys Care Centre specialises in residential and dementia care, with additional respite and end of life care available. Our highly skilled and friendly staff respect the independence of dementia patients and one-to-one daily sessions help enhance daily life of memory loss sufferers. The high level of care runs throughout our care centre and we strive to provide the best possible service.
