The setting
The Poplars Nursing Home is located near to central Stockton-on-tees. Within walking distance of shops and the river. Our purpose-built home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and outside space.

Shared areas
We have a stylishly decorated living room and colourful TV room – perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends and family. Our stunning paved patio area is colourful and well maintained, alongside the lush green lawns, lined with bushes and trees. The sunny decking area is great for enjoying the warmer months.

Personal space
The Poplars Nursing Home has 43 registered beds. Each room is modern and beautifully decorated in a neutral tone and there are TV and phone points available too. We encourage residents to bring along personal items and small pieces of furniture to help make their space their own.

There are lifts to all floors and wheelchair accessibility throughout the home, for easy access for all residents. Local shops are within walking distance and we are close by to public transport links.
